Trim Harlequin core’dinations cardstock to measure 8.5cm square and round the corners with a small corner punch. Also round the corners of a notelet and hand stitch around the circle as shown. Apply a strip of glitter cardstock sticker border to the top of the panel.

Attach a cardstock sticker icon to the centre of the notelet using 3D foam pads. Trim a strip of light blue paper to measure 1.5cm in width and fold in half. Fix to the underside of the core’dinations cardstock on the bottom right side as shown.

Fix the whole panel to a 4 inch square white card blank to finish.
