Step by Step
1
Cut a piece of patterned paper and fix to the bottom of a black A6 card, leaving a small border and put to one side. Cut a piece of white card, stamp the congratulations background with white ink and clear embossing powder all over the piece of white card, and stick to the top of the base card as shown.
2
Make two holes and apply eyelets to the centre of the top of the card. Feed a length of ribbon through the eyelets, following the instructions on the Papermania ribbon video. Cut the edges at an angle and rub in a little Anita’s 3D clear gloss to stop fraying.
3
Stamp the heart onto white card using black ink and heat emboss using clear embossing powder. Apply pink and then red ink to the heart image using a cosmetic sponge, building up the colour gradually. Cut out and put to one side. Trim a rectangle of white card, and stamp the text using black ink and clear embossing powder. Mount this onto a slightly larger rectangle of black card. Mount the heart above this using 3D foam squares.
4
Fix the image to the centre of the card using 3D foam squares, and apply Anita’s 3D clear gloss to the centre heart on the stamped image. Finally, apply adhesive pearls to the top left and bottom right to finish.
