This issue we feature a delightful collection from Lucy Cromwell by Papermania, off ering all the cups of tea, cake and bunting you will need to set the scene. And just to prove how versatile this range is, you can also find it in our ‘Wedding Special’ feature and used to make a Father’s Day card in our ‘make a Father’s Day card’ challenge! Step by Step

1

Cut out a 10 x 10cm square of textured white card. In the centre draw a circle about 6cm's wide, lightly in pencil, as a guide to stamping your flowers.

2

Using Springtime and Whimisical morsel stamps, stamp flowers and leaves using basic brushstroke pens. Stamp the images twice to give lighter shades. Stamp 'Happy Birthday' in the centre of the circle in purple ink.

3

Add small gemstones to the centre of each large flower and tiny dots of glitter glue all over the image.

4

Stick a small lilac bow to the bottom. Ink the edges of the card with a purple ink pad.

5

Mount onto stripped lilac paper, purple textured card, and patterned vellum edged with lilac ink. Stick onto a White Square Card blank.

6

A matching envelope can be made using the same stamps at the four corners as shown.

Hello, I’m Carol Hadlow I have always enjoyed all sorts of crafts. I really enjoy making cards using a variety of techniques. Rubber stamping, glass painting and funky foam are a few of my favourites. ‘do crafts’ are the ideal company to work for with their huge range of card making products. I love demonstrating because I enjoy introducing new customers to the wonderful world of crafting. I hope everyone has as much fun crafting as I do!
