Step by Step
1
Using the craft knife, trim 3cm from the front of the right hand side of the card front
2
Place the first coloured ribbon approximately 2.5cm from the top of the card. Trim at the front edge. Place another piece of the same ribbon on the inside of the cad so that when the card is closed it appears to run all the way across the card. Continue to place the other ribbon colours across the card at 2.5cm intervals
3
Using an ink pad to match the first ribbon colour, stamp the ‘Happy Birthday’ stamp across the whole width of the card. Overlap the edges of the card and continue onto the cut away portion. Ensuring you clean your stamp between colours, continue to stamp using the inks which complement each ribbon colour
4
Using the trimmed section of card, stamp the word stamp twice more using the embossing ink. Emboss using the silver embossing powder and the heat tool
5
Trim around each stamped image, folding a strip of ribbon around each of the edges. Mount on the card diagonally using the 3D foam tape pads
6
Apply a length of the pinstripe ribbon to finish the inside of the card
