Hi, I'm lynne, i started crafting 7 years ago and am still addicted :) I'm a student at the University of essex in southend - doing a degree in special education. It's very hard work all essay based but i'm always gratefull for a brake and crafting gives that to me. I've made over the past 7 years - 3 scrapbooks, hundreds of cards, watercolour cards and have now.... discovered Cross-stitch!!! I love it and i have found it soo relaxing and calming - but it is addictive and my way around it is too.... use it as a reward system for getting my uni work done!!!! :) I'm also making cards for a wonderful charity called postpals which sends out cards, letters and gifts to terminally ill children - heres the website - http://www.postpals.co.uk/find.php - i have only been doing this since the summer but have loved making cards to cheer them up :)
