Punch the chipboard shapes top and bottom and lace some of the shapes together with blue organza ribbon and the coordinating Noel ribbon.

Trim a paper strip to measure 2.5cm wide and pleat at regular intervals. Join the ends together and press in the centre to make a rosette. Repeat with a smaller strip and layer on top, finishing with a chipboard snowflake on top. Add to a chipboard tag and string onto ribbon.
