2
Cut a 3cm strip of striped patterned paper and pleat white ribbon to the top and bottom of the panel (use about twice the length of the strip to get the right length. Fix down to the bottom of the crown using 3d Foam pads. Take a 1.5cm strip of leaf vellum and emboss the leaves on the backside using an embossing stylus. Fix to the patterned strip using minimal glue which will be hidden with gems etc.

Stick the Forever Friends bear to acetate, cut out and fix to the panel as shown using clear pads. Cut out flowers from patterned paper and fix to the peaks of the crown with 3D foam pads. Finally add mosaic pink gems to the vellum and a die cut message as shown.
