Make up the crystal links using the purple crystals on eye pins, you can add more to each link if desired but check measurements before finishing piece off. Make 10 of these, 8 for the bracelet and 2 for the earrings

Using the 4mm jump rings from the starter pack construct as follows - toggle clasp, 3 crystal links, purple connector, 2 crystal links, purple connector, 3 crystal connectors then the last piece of the toggle set.

To make the earrings - Using the 2 links already prepared connect the charm dangle from charm pack to one end, then using jump ring again to the ear wire, repeat for other earring.
