Step by Step

Cut (1) 24.5”/62.2cm, (1) 26”/66cm, (5) 1.5”/3.8cm and (5) 2”/5cm lengths of small silver chain. Cut (1) 1.5”/3.8cm and (1) 2”/5cm length of medium silver chain. *Using two pliers to open/close the larger links instead of wire cutters will prevent the chain from marring.

Gather the (5) 1.5” chains together at each end using 6mm jump rings. Do this for the (5) 2” chains also. Attach a 6mm jump ring at each end of the medium silver chains cut in step 1.

Make the beaded links, thread a grey glass bead onto an eye pin and form a loop. Make 19 grey glass links. Make 4 bicone links and 5 multi bicone links (bicone/spacer/bicone).

Using a 6mm jump ring, gather one end of the 24.5” and 26” chains, one grey beaded link and a lobster claw clasp together.

Start attaching the beaded links and chain groupings in the following pattern: after the initial grey link attach a bicone/spacer link, grey link, bicone link, grey link, 1.5” medium chain, grey link, bicone/spacer link, grey link, 2” small chain grouping, 3 grey links, bicone link, grey link, bicone/spacer link, grey link, bicone link, 2 grey links, bicone/spacer link, grey link, 2” medium chain, grey link, 1.5” small chain grouping, grey link, bicone/spacer link, 2 grey links, bicone link, 2 grey links.

Using a 6mm jump ring, gather the last grey link from the previous step and the remaining chain ends together.
