This issue we feature a delightful collection from Lucy Cromwell by Papermania, off ering all the cups of tea, cake and bunting you will need to set the scene. And just to prove how versatile this range is, you can also find it in our ‘Wedding Special’ feature and used to make a Father’s Day card in our ‘make a Father’s Day card’ challenge! Our ‘Wedding Special’ feature also includes jewellery for the bride and a charming idea to hold onto those precious memories of the big day!

Step by Step

1

Cut a length of beading wire to the desired length of your necklace, plus a little extra for attaching the fastenings.

2

Thread symmetrically with white pearls, red crystals and black pearl beads in the formation shown.

3

At the end, thread on a crimp bead then a jump ring. Pass the beading wire back down through the crimp bead and into the bead below. Set the crimp bead securely. Repeat on the opposite end of the necklace. Attach the necklace fastening the other side and secure together.

4

Hang the rose pendant from a jump ring at the centre of the necklace between the two white pearls.

5

Thread a white pearl onto a headpin. Make a loop and attach to the bottom of the pendant for an extra dangly bead.
