This issue we feature a delightful collection from Lucy Cromwell by Papermania, off ering all the cups of tea, cake and bunting you will need to set the scene. And just to prove how versatile this range is, you can also find it in our ‘Wedding Special’ feature and used to make a Father’s Day card in our ‘make a Father’s Day card’ challenge! Our ‘Wedding Special’ feature also includes jewellery for the bride and a charming idea to hold onto those precious memories of the big day!

Step by Step

1

Cover the front of the flower card with Papermania Heather Capsule Collection paper and draw a dashed white line around the edge using Papermania gel pen.

2

Onto the reverse of lilac Core’dinations card, draw around the edge of the flower card. Remove card. Draw another line inside the original line to create a smaller flower with thinner petals and a circular centre. Cut this out. Stick Capsule Collection patterned paper to Core’dinations lilac card and cut this same smaller flower shape again.

3

Ink the edges of the two smaller flowers and curl all petals around a pencil to make them 3D. Decorate the lilac petals with an assortment of varying sized lilac adhesive stones (ensuring they are smaller towards the edge and centre of the flower!) Stick the centre of this to the card base with a Stick It! foam dot. Repeat for the smaller patterned flower, this time decorating with a dashed line of white gel pen drawn through the centre of each petal. Attach with another 3D foam dot.

4

From the Papermania Capsule Collection embellishment set, insert a large brad through the centre of a flower and stick to the centre of the resulting 3D flower card.
