Step by Step
1
Swipe a thin layer of white paint over the Burleigh Blue patterned paper. Spritz a little blue ink to the corners and allow to dry.
2
Trim woodgrain paper from the Woodland Folk collection to measure 18x21.5cm. Glue towards the left hand of the page and swipe a little paint around the edges.
3
Glue a single 10x14.5cm photo just overhanging the woodgrain layer on the right hand side.
4
Trim several strips of the Burleigh Blue papers to varying widths. Add in some green patterned paper strips from the green spot paper from the Happy Birthday To You collection and some plain blue cardstock strips.
5
Distress the cardstock strips with some white paint. I swiped some paint across one of the strips with my finger and added circles to the other using a pen lid.
6
Arrange the strips to the left of the photo in an irregular manner. Add in some short lengths of Daisy Chain borders and add some further paint detail to some of the strips and the edge of the photo.
7
Add a 27cm length of the circle Daisy Chain across the page, overlapping the white space of the photo.
8
Colour the birdsong alphabet stickers to spell out your title using a dark blue permanent pen. Apply vertically alongside your photo.
9
Accent the page with some of the Burleigh Blue Capsule Collection Blitters. Finish with a doodled line around the edge of the page.
