Step by Step
1
Fold a piece of blue A4 card in half to create a top folded A5 card.
2
Using black pigment ink, stamp the baubles onto an offcut of white cardstock. Emboss the image with the holographic powder.
3
Colour your image using a selection of the pigment inks. To do this, press your inks onto a non absorbent surface and pick up the colour using your waterbrush. Add shading to the design by adding a second layer of colour. Outline with a light grey pen.
4
Create a stippled effect around the baubles by using a dry baby wipe and blue ink. Scrunch up the baby wipe and dab into the ink, then tapping around the card. Finish this panel with a few adhesive gems and a spray of vanilla smooch spritz.
5
Trim the stamped image to leave a 5mm border around the outside. Layer onto blue card, then silver mirror card leaving a border around each layer.
6
Cut a 19 ½ cm x 13 ½ cm piece of blue design paper from the Christmas Tale pack. Tear the top and bottom edge of a 19 ½ cm x 9cm contrasting paper and stick across the centre of the blue paper.
7
Attach the glitterations snowflakes onto the blue paper and trim the edges as required.
8
Stick this finished panel onto a piece of 20cm x 14cm silver mirror card. Wrap around your organza ribbon and stick the ends with tape on the underneath of the panel.
9
Adhere this completed section to the centre of your base card. Cut a length of Christmas ribbon to fit across the card and trim the ends. Stick on top of the blue organza with glue dots. Tie a bow with the Christmas ribbon and leave to one side.
10
Use 3d foam pads on the back of the finished bauble image and mount towards the left of the card. Attach the bow to the right side using your glue dot.
11
Finish the card with your chosen stamped greeting, matted and layered with blue and silver.
