Step by Step
1
Round the right hand corners of the Doodlebug Dotted Glitter Card using the We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper.
2
Cut the green Papermania scalloped cardstock to measure 9x12" and add dots of Smooch Accent Ink in each of the scallops. Put aside to dry.
3
Cut a rectangle of Doodlebug Single Scoop paper to measure 6.5x10.5", trim co-ordinating papers to the following sizes- 9x6", 9.5x6", 7x2.5" and ink all the edges as shown.
4
Adhere the scalloped cardstock to the glitter card. If you find it difficult to get things to stick to the glitter card you could affix the papers in place using staples where they will not be seen.
5
Arrange the patterned papers onto the layout layering them as shown in the picture.
6
Add a strip of Fancy Frills to the left hand side of the portrait oriented patterned paper.
7
Add a 7x5" photograph over the top of your layered papers.
8
Place strips of Fancy frills along the bottom of the photograph spanning almost the entire width of the layout.
9
Punch a hole using a Cropadile Big Bite beside the bottom of the photograph and thread ribbon around the layout tying into a knot to hide the hole (and look pretty!).
10
Create some strips of journaling on the Core'dinations cardstock and add to the layout. The journalling in this layout has been printed.
11
Take three buttons from the Sweet Shoppe Assortment and fill the holes with random tiny brads from the same assortment.
12
Add a selection of gems (also from the Sweet Shoppe Assortment) around your journalling strips.
13
Finally add a title across the bottom of the photograph using Doodlebug alphabet stickers and place a decorative brad at the left hand side.
