Step by Step

Choose character 002 from the Tulip disc and scale it down in size.

Choose paper maker and select bubbles from the bathtub.

Create paper and colourise to sepia. Repeat with bow from the border element.

Go to options > punch > ornate frames. Choose frame and resize to fit image. Cut and keep inside. Create an aperture by repeating above step but keep outer. Add blue drop shadow (distance 10, opaque 50, blur 27). Enable glow (black, opaque 57, blur 8)

Choose border 1 and colourise to blue shade. Duplicate to give extra bow.

Choose your greeting. Cut out with oval die and layer onto scallop die cut.

Print out all elements and cut out. Arrange as shown.

Layer papers onto the Kraft card and finish as shown.
