Step by Step

To make the earrings - Make the bead drop. Thread a head pin with a red bead and form a loop.

Attach the drop to the bottom of the branch toggle.

Connect the earring wire to the top loop of the branch toggle.

Repeat for the second earring.

To make the necklace - Cut a 12”/30.48cm length of beading wire. Using a crimp tube, attach the wire to a 6mm jump ring.

Thread on the following bead pattern: a small brown round bead, a large brown bead, a green bead, a large brown bead, a green bead, a large brown bead, a green bead, a large brown bead, a green bead, a large brown bead, a green bead, a large brown bead and a small brown round bead.

Use a crimp tube to attach the wire to a 6mm jump ring.

Cut (2) 12”/30.48cm lengths of grey leather cord.

Bring the two ends of one cord together and attach a cord end. Repeat for the second cord.

Thread the other end of the cord through a 6mm jump ring from step 1 to form a larks head knot. Repeat this for the second cord through the jump ring from step 3.

Make 7 red bead drops. Thread a bead onto a head pin and from a loop. Attach the drops in a cluster to a jump ring from step 4. Using a 6mm jump ring, attach a branch toggle to the same jump ring.

Attach the lobster claw clasp and extender chain to the cord ends using jump rings. *The jump rings, extender chain and lobster claw clasp should be with the cord ends.
