This issue we feature a delightful collection from Lucy Cromwell by Papermania, off ering all the cups of tea, cake and bunting you will need to set the scene. And just to prove how versatile this range is, you can also find it in our ‘Wedding Special’ feature and used to make a Father’s Day card in our ‘make a Father’s Day card’ challenge! Our ‘Wedding Special’ feature also includes jewellery for the bride and a charming idea to hold onto those precious memories of the big day!

Step by Step

1

Cut a rectangle of white card 6 x 7.5cms using decorative edged scissors.

2

Tap the pigment pad over the entire surface of the card then apply a layer of bronze powder. Tap off the excess and apply the heat tool. Before that layer cools apply another layer of bronze powder. On the next layer apply the bronze powder as well as the gold powder into the bottom hot layer of powder.

3

Before this layer cools, press the stamp into the centre of the card holding it in place for a few seconds until the powder cools around it. Lift off to reveal an impressed image.

4

Glue the embossed card to a rectangle of white card which measures 8 x 9.5cms. Glue this to the centre of the card.

5

Apply the gold straight line outline stickers around the edge of the white card and the wedding invitation text to the top left and bottom right of the card.
