Step by Step
1
Take the card blank from the kit and cut it down to 15 x 15cms square.
2
Build up the first layer of decoupage (A1), then layer up just the hat from the A3 section.
3
Push out the gift bag (A3). Fold a piece of purple paper in half with the purple section inside and place the gift bag on to the paper lining up the bottom of the bag level with the fold.
4
Draw around the gift bag to form a template then cut this out. You will now have a two sided gift bag shape.
5
Attach a magnet to the back of the bag then attach the bag to the front of the paper template (the magnet will now be hidden from view).
6
Cut along the silver line at the left side of the bag. The front of the bag will now fold down as though it opens.
7
Stick the bag in place to the main card and attach a second magnet on to this and line it up with the first magnet to form the closure.
8
Place a smaller bear with a present, inside the gift bag to hide the second magnet.
9
Make four tiny cards using the images from the packaging and make two tiny envelopes from paper.
10
Glue these to the front of the card, one in each corner.
11
Add the greeting to the top of the card using two foam pads and glue the edges down to form a curve.
