Trim 3cm from the outer front edge of a white card blank. Round the top and bottom outer edges on the back and trimmed front of the blank.

Trim 3cm from the outer front edge of a white card blank. Round the top and bottom outer edges on the back and trimmed front of the blank.

Choose a selection of celebration characters from the decoupage sheets, attaching two to the front of the card at differing depths and one just peeping out from the inside. Place a matching die cut balloon on the inside of the card so it can be seen when the front flap is closed.

Add two fluttering butterflies to the left hand top corner and a die cut greeting to finish.
