Step by Step
1
Trim green patterned paper to measure 13cm by 13cm. Ink the edges and glue onto a square card.
2
Apply a silver rub on flourish to the top right corner.
3
Trim blue patterned paper to measure 11.5cm by 6.5cm. Ink the edges and apply two length of Floral trim at the bottom. Glue centrally.
4
Trim white cardstock to measure 6.25cm by 12cm. Cut the bottom edge using the daisy border punch.
5
Use the flower stamp to stamp all over the card. Ink up the stamp and then stamp once onto scrap paper before each impression to give a feint image.
6
Apply the teal ink all over the large birdcage stamp. Apply a darker ink down one side only. Stamp onto the tag and cut around three sides of the door to make it hinged.
7
Stamp the cage again on some spare card and cut out the door. Layer on top of the first image.
8
Stamp the ‘Much Love’ greeting on some more spare card. Position behind the door aperture.
9
Ink around the edge of the tag using pink ink.
10
Adhere a ribbon bow at the top of the cage. Add a gemstone to the centre, to the top right of the tag and to the border.
11
Add a cluster of paper roses and a green Petal bloom to represent leaves to the bottom left of the tag.
12
Position the tag towards the left of the tag using 3D foam pads
13
Add the topper greeting to the right hand side using 3D foam pads.
14
Finish with more gems to accent.
