Step by Step

1

Score and fold A5 white textured card in half along line 5 of the X-Cut Multiscoreboard.

2

Place the largest scalloped square die on to the card front so that it overlaps the fold (only allowing the die to cut through three sides). Roll though the Big Shot and remove.

3

Choose a piece of patterned paper from the A5 paper pad and cut it to measure 9 x 9cms. Highlight the edges with black fluid chalk and attach to the card front with double sided tape.

4

Highlight the scalloped edges of the card blank with black chalk.

5

Place the large scalloped circle die on to A5 black textured card and roll through the Big Shot.

6

Repeat with the smaller circle die on to white textured card.

7

Place the white circle in to the embossing folder and roll through the Big Shot.

8

Stick the two circles together and attach to the top half of the card front keeping the card fold at the top.

9

Stick the Forever Friends Bear sticker on to the circle and add a small gold heart sticker to it’s chest.

10

Place a tiny black heart sticker on to a circular gold heart circle, mount on to spare white card and cut around it. Place on to a foam pad and attach to the bear’s hand.

11

Place the smallest scalloped circle die on to gold Mirri board and roll through the Big Shot.

12

Stamp ’You’re my no.1’ on to white textured card with black ink. Cut it out, edge with black chalk and attach it to the gold scalloped circle.

13

Stick the circle to the card with foam pads slightly overlapping the large circle.

14

Cut a strip of black textured card to 1.5cms x 16cms.

15

Place the left hand edge of the strip level with line 3 of the scoreboard and score along line 4 and 5.

16

Mark a point 4cms from the right hand score line. Place the marked point on to line 4 of the board and score. Score along line 5 also.

17

Fold along the scored lines, add a cardstock border then attach to the card front with double-sided tape. Trim off the excess.

18

Chalk the edges of two black and gold patterned heart stickers and layer on top of each other.

19

Place the hearts on to spare white card and cut around the edge.

20

Attach the hearts to the raised part of the strip and add two tiny gold heart stickers to complete.

Hello, my name is Sheila and I am thrilled to be a ‘do crafts’ designer. I have been a keen crafter since childhood and now make my living from it. I demonstrate for docrafts and run my own craft groups and classes. I've have been making cards for approximately ten years and enjoy all aspects of creating and papercrafting. I like to spend lots of my time developing ideas and learning new techniques. Hopefully I will be able to share these with you and give you some inspiration when demonstrating all the wonderful products on offer
