I have always made "stuff". I started with cardboard doll furniture and then at age 10 my mum showed me how to use a sewing machine and i never looked back. Over the years i have dabbled with alsorts of crafts including macrame (remember those hanging plant pot holders?, nail and string art (fish a speciality), a bit of rug latching and of course lots of sewing clothes, curtains, cushion and duvet covers. I undertook a degree in Crafts;wood, metal, ceramics and textiles which was lots of fun. About 15 years ago i went to the US and came across rubber stamps and ink, which got me started down the papercrafts route. I love working for Docrafts as a designer and have seen papercrafting become very sophisticated in a short space of time here in the UK. There are so many fabulous products about, it's impossible to have them all, but i'm still collecting and my craft stash will bury me one day! Hope you enjoy the projects on my gallery.
