Thank You - Yellow Shaker Card

Create your very own shaker card to say a special ‘Thank You’ to teaching staff before the school term ends.

1. Trim a piece of white cardstock slightly smaller than 5 x 7". Cut another from acetate and one more from yellow cardstock. Adhere the yellow onto a 5 x 7" card blank with a glue stick. Die cut a honeycomb pattern into the white cardstock panel, using the large and small mini nesting dies. Start from the bottom and work upwards; it may help to mark out the spacing beforehand.

2. Glue the acetate onto the reverse and stick a small hexagon in each larger die-cut aperture. On the reverse side, attach 3D foam to form the shaker space. Leave a gap at the bottom to add the confetti later on. Place more 3D foam pads towards the top, and fix onto the yellow panel.

3. Die cut a sentiment, using the art deco alphabet die, and glue onto the card front. Punch a handful of confetti from vellum and yellow cardstock. Insert into the space and seal the gap with 3D foam.
