Get set for the party season with a handy, re-purposed clipboard to welcome the trick-or-treaters.
1. Measure 9cm from the top and bottom of the Papermania Bare Basics A4 Kraft Clipboard, this is where your sentiment will go. Transfer the 'Trick or treat' lettering from the template with a pencil or hand-letter your own design.
2. Paint the sentiment using Artiste Acrylic Paints. We have used soft green for 'Trick', blanc for 'Or' and pumpkin for 'Treat'. Fill the pencil lines with a couple of coats for stupendous and strong colour.
3. While the paint is drying, prepare your embellishments. First, die cut two webs using the Xcut Spider’s Web Mini Die and white cardstock. Run the die through the die- cutting machine another two times with green cardstock that co-ordinates with Artiste's Soft Green Acrylic Paint, fussy cut the spiders and cover them in Anita's 3D Clear Gloss. Once dry, fix in the centre of the white webs using Stick it! 3D Mini Foam Dots.
4 Die cut seven bats using the Xcut Bats Mini Die, alternating between black cardstock and black sheets from the Xcut Xtras' A5 Adhesive Glitter Sheets Metallics. Punch ten stars using the Xcut Small Traditional Star Palm Punch with a silver glittered sheet from the pack of Xcut Xtras'. Fix your embellishments onto the clipboard using a Stick it! Glue Stick and foam dots to create dimension.
