Halloween spider webs

This Halloween is looking like a spooktacular one with this quick-to-make project. Adorn your scary abode with spider webs that are perfect for crafting with the kids.

1. Take three Craft Planet Extra Large Lollipop Sticks and mark the centre on each. Position the sticks on top of one another creating a star-like shape, make sure there are even gaps between the sticks. Once happy with the position, adhere into place using a Stick it! Hot Melt Red Glue Gun.

2. With a length of white acrylic wool, tie a knot around the centre of the sticks, weave around the inside corners of the centre to create a linear star shape. Wrap the wool from the inside, out, both over and under the sticks until the spider’s web is covered. To end the weaving, wrap the wool around the stick twice, then tuck the wool underneath. Cut the wool to the desired length, ready for hanging.

3. Create various webs, tie them to a length of black wool, then embed spiders into them. Die cut the Xcut Spider’s Web Mini Die in orange and black cardstock, fussy cut the spider from the centre and position by tucking the spider's legs into the wool, or fix with Stick it! 3D Mini Foam Dots.
