Bunting mini book

Posted by TheDocraftsTeam, 30 Jun, 2017

Bunting is a classic British motif, and one that we love to craft with! Use the Xcut Alphabet Bunting A4 Dies to create a super-cute mini book with your favourite ultimate pack.

1. Cut the covers and pages of your mini book from kraft cardstock, using the largest die from the Xcut Alphabet Bunting A4 Dies. Take one of the die-cuts and mark three equally-placed points within the top tab. Create a hole on each mark with a screw hole punch.

2. Place this template on top of the remaining bunting shapes one at a time and punch through the holes, so each page is identical. Stack them one on top of the other and fix brads through the holes to bind the album.

3. Cut two extra bunting shapes from Forever Friends Opulent patterned paper and secure on the front and back. Create a title with Bare Basics adhesive wooden letters; heat embossing and inking copper. Position them onto a sheet of vellum and trim to size. Stick to the front with a glue pen, using the letters to conceal the glue. Apply a length of double-sided tape along the top of the bunting flag and wrap jute twine around the tab several times. Embellish with three copper dome stickers.
