1 Cut two 5cm wide strips from the length of a sheet of A4 green funky foam. Cut five 2 4 x 4cm yellow foam diamonds. Join the green strips together to make one long strip by attaching the ends to one of the yellow diamonds. Glue another diamond over the back. Stick two of the diamonds to either side of the first on the right side. 3 Cut four 2.5 x 2.5cm orange felt diamonds and glue one to the middle of each of the yellow diamonds on the right side of the green strip. Add a blue mini pompom to each diamond. 4 Measure the head of the person that will wear the headdress and join the ends of the green strip at the back to form a band. Attach the remaining large yellow diamond at the centre back, behind the diamond on the front, to hide the join. 5 Cut eight 2.5 x 2.5cm diamonds from yellow foam and glue these around the rest of the green band. Add a 1.5 x 1.5cm orange felt diamond to the centre of each. 6 Evenly space feathers around the inside of the headdress and attach using tacky glue, holding in place with pegs until dry. Cut 2.5cm wide strips of green foam and glue firmly in place over the feathers to add strength and protection.
