Mini shaker card

Short of time and after a speedy make? You're in luck! This easy-to-make mini shaker card is perfect to show your appreciation, they'll never know you made it in a hurry. Change the sentiment or shape of your punched carstock to make it relevant.

1. Use the Xcut Selfie Frame & Sentiments Dies to cut a frame from white cardstock. Attach a square of acetate to the reverse with Anita’s Tacky Glue. Die cut a further five frames and glue them all together, fixing the acetate one on top. This creates a space to add your shaker pieces later.

2. Punch approximately 40 hearts with an Xcut Small Heart Palm Punch, using various shades of blue and gold cardstock. Cut a panel of white cardstock to the same size as the frame and place all of the hearts on top. Glue the back of the stacked frames over the top, trapping all of the shaker elements inside.

3. Trim a white 4 x 4" card blank down to 9 x 9.8cm and cut a piece of Forever Friends Opulent patterned vellum to the same size. Fix on the front with double-sided tape, ensuring to keep the adhesive away from the edges. Attach the shaker frame in the centre.

4. Die cut a sentiment from an adhesive metal effect sheet and white cardstock. Stick the two together to make the sentiment sturdy and glue to the bottom of the frame.
