Neon Flamingo

I took this photo of a Flamingo and thought it worked brilliantly with the Papermania Neon collection. Steps: 1. Squeeze tacky glue up and down the page, mainly across the centre.Near the centre, spread it around but at the edges don't spread it for a more defined line. 2. Pour coloured glitter onto the glue, each 1/3 a different colour. Tap off any excess and allow to dry. 3. Cut 6 lengths of Neon border and stick 3 in parallel on either side of the layout. 4. Using Neon ink pads, ink up the edges of two canvas star shapes. 5. Run coloured papers through different embossing folders, cut up into rectangles. 6. Stick Neon buttons onto wooden tags and cork circle tags. Stick smaller buttons in the centre of larger ones. 7. Make eight holes in a chalkboard hessian tag. Four in a row, then four directly underneath by a few millimetres. Thread thin jute trim through these, attaching a Neon tassel for each one. 8. Arrange these elements and stick down. 9. Stick a line of 3 Neon gems along one arm of each star. 10. Stick more Neon gems across any white space on the layout.
