The Gorjuss collection looks great on all kinds of projects, for all kinds of occasions!
Stamp the Gorjuss image and book, with black in onto a piece of white card. Then stamp the image again on the blue damask, cream damask (also stamp the book on to this paper) and black/grey texted (also stamp the book on to this paper) patterned paper from the Die-cut & Paper Pack. And once more on to the brown paper patterned paper from the Forever Friends 6 x 6" Designstax (48pk) - Kraft Notes.
Fold a piece of black card in half. Take the largest Rectangle Parenthesis die and place on the black card, making sure one of the long sides of the die is over hanging the folded edge of the card. Run through a die cutting machine and you now have a black blank card.
To finish, from the Die-cut & Paper Pack, stick an oval frame and two illustrated buttons inside the card.
Cut the dress and boots from the blue paper. Apply adhesive to the back of them and line up with the corresponding area on the stamped image on the white card and stick.
Cut the face and hands from the brown paper patterned paper and stick to stamped image.
Take the second largest Rectangle Parenthesis die and place onto white card and draw around and cut out. Using the same die, run through a die cutting machine with the cream damask patterned paper. Matt and layer these together and adhere to the inside of the card.
Using the second largest Rectangle Parenthesis die, frame the image and cut out. Use foam pads to stick the pages of the book, to give a bit of dimension.
Use foam pads and apply to the back of the matt and layered image, just to the rightside edge, then apply to the front of the black card.
Cut the hair and also the book from the black/grey texted paper, and stick to corresponding area on the white card.
Cut the paper chain and just the pages of the book from the cream damask patterned paper and stick the stamped image.
Take the grey Artist marker and apply some shadow the ground the image and also add shadow on to the dress and legs too. Then repeatedly go over the strips of the stocking until they are as dark as you would like.
Take the barley Artiste pen and add a little shadow to the face and hands.
Take the same die and using a pencil draw around the outside onto the cream damask patterned paper and cut out. Adhere to the back of the white card.
Open the card flat and score what will be the front of the card from the top centre point down to the bottom centre point and fold along the scoreline.
