A stamped background and elements trimmed from the gorgeous Madame Payraud patterned papers are the perfect combination.

  1. Use the stitched effect trim stamp from the Trim Borders set to stamp and emboss a line down both sides of brown 12x12 cardstock. Use white pigment ink and white embossing powder.

  2. Stamp and emboss the postcard image twice towards the centre of the page as shown.

  3. Layer the paper sheet with the large butterfly image over the blue sheet and cut out the butterfly shape. Cut in half down the centre and position as shown shaping the wings upwards to add dimension.

  4. Add an oval of fabric paper to the centre of a metal charm and add a bow of string to the top. Add to the bottom left of the photo. Add a button on top.

  5. Tear strips from the top and bottom of some of the papers. Layer at the top and bottom of the page, adding scraps of patterned craft tape amongst the layers.

  6. Add further butterflies to finish.

  7. Add pink trim behind the edge of a single photo and add some threads behind the photo. Add to the centre of the butterfly. Add a border of adhesive stones and your title using the mini alphabet stickers.

  8. Add a butterfly embellishment and a moth trimmed from the papers. Add a mini safety pin to the moth’s body (mine is the one that secures the rolls of pleated trims together.
