Cut and emboss a panel of paper for the dreamiest make around

1. Trim a white card blank down to 13 x 17cm to create a tent-fold card blank. Cut blue pearlescent paper to measure 12.5 x 16.5cm, and white textured cardstock to 11.5 x 15.5cm. Mat together on the card front.

2. Cut a small 1 x 2cm white tag and curve the edges. Attach in the top right-hand corner. Embellish with a silver die-cut heart.

3. Run a piece of watercolour-effect paper through the Xpress machine in the Xcut Cut & Emboss Folder Air Balloon, and cut down to 11 x 15cm. Stick 3D foam tape to the back and mount onto a sheet of plain vellum. Fix to the card front with more foam tape, and finish with a Papermania Jewels & Gems ‘With Love’ Adhesive Gem Sentiment, on the vellum in the central aperture.
